In A Gentle Way
You Can Shake The World

Practice:


The middle finger should be bent until it touches
the ball of the thumb.
Then with the thumb lightly press down on the
middle finger.
The other fingers remain relaxed and extended.
This should be done with both hands.

Peculiarity:


Reduces the dullness in the body.


Time interval:


It can be done three times daily for 15 minutes


Benediction:


Relieves an earache within 4 or 5 minutes
Useful for the deaf and mentally challenged
When practiced regularly, it will relieve
psychological disorders like Hysteria,
Anger and Depression.

Caution:


After you are cured of these diseases,
stop practicing this mudra.
