In Shakti Mudra, the ring fingers and the
little fingers of both hands are placed together.
While practicing this Mudra, proper focus and
concentration should be given to the breathing process
in the pelvic area and the exhalation
should be lagged.


Shakti Mudra besides improving sleep and bringing
effective result in insomnia and other sleeping disorders,
it also helps to boost the internal physical energy
and intensity.

Time interval:

Shakti Mudra can be done three times a
day for around 12-15 minutes.
