WATER (JAL)-Water helps blood to flow in the vessels of human being and sensitivity in our body is due to water.

AIR (VAYU)-Air tatva gives life in human being without it man can not survive.

FIRE (AGNI)-The inside and out side the energy of human being is heat.

SKY (AAKASH)-Sky tatva is an important tatva. It brings thaughts in human being.

"Panch-Tatwa means "the five great elements of nature". The whole universe is made up of these five basic elements namely: Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space. Our body is also made up of these five elements. These five elements are related to our five senses of smell, taste, hearing, touch and sight. Any imbalance in our internal and external Vastu translates into an unhappy situation. Vastu teaches the individual to live in balance and harmony with these five elements."

Purpose of mudras

The purpose of mudras is to bring about a complete regeneration and transformation of the body-mind principle and an expansion of the consciousness.
